WHO IS MATHEUS BOA SORTE?
I'm passionate about the cultural traditions of the Brazilian Northeast. To be more specific, the sertão, which I argue is much more than a corner of Brazil that gets little rain. For me, the sertão is a feeling, a state of mind, of those who carry within them Smiles, Faith, Persistence, Courage and a little bit of mischief.
I'm an advertising executive by academic training, and I pay my bills through art. I'm a singer, songwriter, writer, lecturer, educator, actor, TV presenter, broadcaster... A lot, right? But I summarise it all in just one craft: I AM A STORYTELLER.
Azevim Nature helped Matheus tell another story, this time about our Alto Minho and the Branda da Aveleira, a branda with a hundred houses but no inhabitants.
